nice location, some minor issues
convenient location good view helpful staff small room bathroom floor faulty light
the location proved quite convenient. i found many attractions within easy reach. the rooftop bar gave good views (especially at sunset). the staff was generally helpful .
the room i got was a bit small. the bathroom floor had some black marks on it. the sensor floor lights in my room were not working properly.

great location friendly staff clean room
the location was AMAZING!!! i walked to many attraction sites. the staff was super friendly and helpful, which i really appreciated. the room was clean and spacious, and i loved the roof terrace bar.

I loved the rooftop terrace. The view was amazing! the staff gave great restaurant recommendations. I really appreciated their help.

charming stay!
central location helpful staff easy access
I found the location very central. it was convenient to access the metro station. the staff were helpful. They provided quick assistance. i also liked the direct drinking machine. it offered easy access to fresh water.
The maintenance work created noise. This started around 7:30 am. it was disturbing, and i wish this had been addressed better. perhaps scheduling maintenance later would help.

The hotel is situated in the shopping district. I found this very convenient. it is near casa mila and passeig de gracia. many restaurants are nearby. the location is superb for exploring.

lovely stay in a prime location
friendly staff water bottles cappuccino machines
the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. i especially liked the refillable water bottles provided in each room, they even had osmosis refill stations on every floor. the automatic cappuccino machines at breakfast were awesome, it was so easy to get a quick caffeine fix!
the hotel entrance felt a bit odd, it's like you need to take stairs to get to the elevator to reach the lobby, the setup felt a bit clunky

The staff was helpful, especially with directions and recommendations for local eateries. the reception area had readily available tourist information. This made planning our day trips easy. they were quick to address requests.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of bread and pastries and fresh fruit. i saw dried meats and cheeses were also available. the hotel provided convenient refillable water bottles. I used the osmosis refill stations in the hall often.

This place is situated in a prime location. i noticed it was within walking distance to major attractions. This made sightseeing very convenient. the hotel is surrounded by many shops and dining options. it's easy to find something.
