the location proved quite convenient. i found many attractions within easy reach. the rooftop bar gave good views (especially at sunset). the staff was generally helpful .
the room i got was a bit small. the bathroom floor had some black marks on it. the sensor floor lights in my room were not working properly.

I found the location very central. it was convenient to access the metro station. the staff were helpful. They provided quick assistance. i also liked the direct drinking machine. it offered easy access to fresh water.
The maintenance work created noise. This started around 7:30 am. it was disturbing, and i wish this had been addressed better. perhaps scheduling maintenance later would help.

the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. i especially liked the refillable water bottles provided in each room, they even had osmosis refill stations on every floor. the automatic cappuccino machines at breakfast were awesome, it was so easy to get a quick caffeine fix!
